Hi [Vendor Contact],

Our contract with [Vendor] is coming up for renewal on [Date].

Are you available for a call next week to discuss?

Best regards,

## Negotiation Intelligence

### Pricing Benchmarks

AI compares your pricing to anonymized peer data:

* You're paying above market average
* Recommended ask: a 15-20% discount

**Peer segmentation:**

* Similar company size
* Same industry
* Comparable usage
* Geographic region

### Vendor Fiscal Calendar

AI considers vendor fiscal timing:

**Best times to negotiate:**

* End of fiscal quarter (Q4 especially)
* End of fiscal year
* During slow sales periods
* After competitor announcements

* Best negotiation window: December-January
* Sales reps have quota pressure
* Higher discount potential
