Plan Upgrades

Upgrading from Starter to Growth

When to upgrade:
  • You need to add team members
  • You want advanced analytics
  • You need API access
  • You want priority support
How to upgrade:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Growth
  3. Choose number of seats (minimum 3)
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Click Upgrade
What happens:
  • Immediate access to Growth features
  • Prorated charge for remainder of month
  • Next billing cycle at Growth pricing

Upgrading from Growth to Enterprise

When to upgrade:
  • You need unlimited users
  • You require custom features
  • You need dedicated support
  • You have compliance requirements
How to upgrade:
  1. Contact sales at sales@porcia.org
  2. Discuss your requirements
  3. Receive custom pricing quote
  4. Sign enterprise agreement
  5. Migration assistance provided

Plan Downgrades

Downgrading from Growth to Starter

When to downgrade:
  • Team size reduced to 1 person
  • Budget constraints
  • Don’t need advanced features
How to downgrade:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select Starter
  4. Confirm downgrade
What happens:
  • Downgrade takes effect at next renewal
  • You keep Growth features until renewal
  • Team members removed at renewal (keep 1)
  • Data preserved
Downgrading to Starter removes all team members except the workspace owner. Export data and notify team before downgrading.

Downgrading from Enterprise to Growth

Contact your account manager to discuss downgrade options.

Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

All plans:

Annual plans:
  • ACH bank transfer (US only)
  • Wire transfer (international)
Enterprise plans:
  • Purchase orders
  • Invoicing (NET 30)
  • Custom payment terms

Payment Security

  • Payment processing handled by a PCI DSS compliant payment provider
  • Payments processed securely through our payment provider
  • No credit card information stored on Porcia servers
  • Encrypted payment transmission

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing

  • Charged on the same day each month
  • Prorated charges for mid-cycle changes
  • Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)

Annual Billing

  • Charged once per year
  • 20% discount applied
  • Prorated refunds for cancellations (first 30 days only)
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select cancellation reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens

Immediate:
  • Cancellation confirmed
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No future charges
End of billing period:
  • Access to paid features removed
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within 30 days
After 30 days:
  • Data permanently deleted
  • Cannot be recovered

Refund Policy

Monthly plans:
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Cancel anytime to avoid future charges
Annual plans:
  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Prorated refund after 30 days (minus 20% discount)
  • Contact support for refund requests
