Apps

The Assets → Apps page is your central SaaS catalog. Every app discovered from email, SSO, or the browser lands here — searchable, filterable, and sortable.

The Apps list

Navigate to Assets → Apps (/assets/apps) to see your full catalog.

Table columns

The table is paginated (50 apps per page) and all columns except the app name are toggleable via the column visibility control:

Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow down the list by:

• Category — Collaboration, Developer Tools, IT Infrastructure, File Sharing, Security, Finance, Legal, Analytics, Communications, Other
• Business Criticality — tier-based filter
• Ignored App — show/hide ignored apps
• Approval Status — Approved, Pending, Under Review, Denied
• Search — free-text search across app names

Bulk actions

Select multiple apps to see the bulk action bar at the bottom:

• Change category — update category for all selected
• Change approval — update approval status for all selected
• Mark ignored — hide from active catalog
• Export — download selected apps as CSV
• Delete — permanently remove (admin only)

Adding apps manually

Click Add App in the top right to add an app that wasn’t discovered automatically. The wizard walks you through entering the name, category, spend, and owner.

Exporting

Click Export CSV to download the full list with current filters applied.

App detail page

Click any app to open its detail view at /assets/apps/[id]. The detail page has six tabs:

Summary tab

The default landing view. Shows:

• Spend card — current pricing, billing frequency, renewal date — inline editable by admins
• Fields card — category, approval status, business criticality, technical contact — inline editable
• App info — vendor name, website, discovery source, first seen date
• Accounts status — quick count of active, inactive, and abandoned user accounts
• Security snapshot — top finding if any exists for this app

Security tab

Composite security posture score for this app, with four cards:

• SSO — whether the app is covered by your identity provider
• OAuth — active OAuth grants for this app and their risk levels
• Compliance — compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) from the vendor database
• Identity — MFA coverage and authentication method breakdown for users of this app

Accounts tab

Per-user account view for this specific app — every account discovered across OAuth, SSO, browser, and email. Shows last activity, authentication methods, and user status. Filter and export directly from this tab.

Spend tab

Full financial detail for this app:

• KPI strip — annual cost, cost per user
• Financial insights — unused license detection, price change history
• Lifecycle — contract start/end, renewal date, auto-renewal status

Documents tab

All documents associated with this app — contracts, invoices, proposals, and terms. Documents attached via email are auto-linked here. Upload new documents via drag-and-drop. Porcia’s AI extracts renewal dates and key pricing terms from uploaded PDFs automatically.

History tab

Full audit timeline for this app — every discovery event, document upload, field edit, account change, rule trigger, and team note in chronological order. The intelligence panel on the right shows market context from Porcia’s global vendor database.
