Pia is Porcia’s built-in AI assistant. She can use workspace data available to the current user and can request supported actions inside the app when the user’s role permits them and the action is confirmed. Open Pia from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.

What Pia can do

Answer questions about your stack

Ask Pia anything about your SaaS environment and she’ll pull live data from your workspace:
  • “How many apps do we have in our catalog?”
  • “Which apps have a renewal coming up in the next 60 days?”
  • “Show me all Shadow Apps discovered this month”
  • “Which employees have access to Salesforce but haven’t logged in recently?”
  • “What’s our total estimated monthly SaaS spend?”
  • “Which OAuth grants have a Critical risk score?”
Pia pulls live data from your workspace — she never guesses or invents app details, user counts, or identifiers.
Ask Pia how to do anything in the product and she’ll walk you through it:
  • “How do I connect Google Workspace?”
  • “Where do I find browser extension risk scores?”
  • “How do I set up an offboarding playbook?”
  • “What’s the difference between a finding and a rule?”
Pia can request supported actions directly — subject to the user’s role, workspace configuration, and confirmation requirements. Available actions may vary by workspace.Every action shows a confirmation step first, and only runs if your role allows it and your workspace has Pia actions enabled.

What Pia won’t do

No invented data

Pia only cites data that exists in your workspace. If she doesn’t have it, she says so.

No guessed IDs

She never makes up a user ID, grant ID, rule ID, or any other identifier. She looks up first.

No unconfirmed actions

Every action shows a confirmation step before it runs.

Tips for better results

Be specific

“Show me apps with renewals in the next 30 days” gets a better result than “show me renewals.”

Use names, not IDs

Pia understands app names, user names, and group names. You don’t need to know internal IDs.

Ask follow-up questions

Pia maintains context within a conversation. “Now filter that to only High risk” works after an initial query.

Chain your intent

“Show me the OAuth grants for Salesforce, then help me decide which ones to revoke” produces more useful output than two separate questions.

Privacy

Pia only has access to data within your workspace. She cannot access other customers’ data, the Porcia admin system, or any external sources not connected to your workspace. Pia runs on an enterprise AI service that does not use your conversations or workspace data to train its models.
