The Spend dashboard
Navigate to Dashboard in the sidebar, then click Spend in the sub-navigation.Metrics cards
The top row shows five key metrics:Category spend donut
A donut chart breaks down your total spend by app category — Collaboration, Developer Tools, Security, Finance, and so on. Hover any segment to see the exact amount and percentage.Sections
Below the metrics, the Spend page is divided into distinct sections:Inactive & Abandoned
Apps where users have stopped logging in. For each app Porcia shows:- How many users are inactive (have access, low login frequency)
- How many users are abandoned (have access, no login in 90+ days)
- How many are active
- Monthly spend attributable to inactive/abandoned seats
Redundant Apps
Apps that serve the same function and may be consolidatable. Each redundant app is shown with:- App name, category, and active account count
- Similar apps already in your catalog (e.g. two project management tools, two video conferencing tools)
Upcoming Renewals
A table of all contracts renewing soon, sorted by renewal date. Columns:- App name and logo
- Renewal date
- Billing contact (assigned owner from your workspace)
Single-User Apps
Apps where only one person in the org has access. These are candidates for cancellation if the user has left or no longer needs the tool.Unapproved Apps
Apps that have been discovered with spend data but haven’t been formally approved. Helps finance teams see what’s being paid for outside the sanctioned catalog.How spend data gets into Porcia

Invoices and receipts — extracts vendor, amount, and billing date automatically

The more email intelligence you have connected, the more spend data populates automatically. Without email, you can still build your catalog manually via the Spend tab on each app’s detail page.
App-level spend detail
For deeper analysis on a single app, go to Assets → Apps → [App Name] → Spend tab. This shows:- KPI strip with annual cost, cost per user, and benchmark comparison
- Full pricing history
- Unused license detection specific to this app
- Contract lifecycle details
AWS accounts
The Spend page includes an AWS Accounts section. This is currently marked as coming soon and will surface cloud infrastructure costs alongside SaaS spend when available.Next steps
